Responsibilities:

• Paint parts and equipment for the mining industry
• Prepare the surface to be painted
• Grind, sand and apply paint in the desired colour and amount as per mil specifications
• Use a pressure pot or airless spraying equipment
• Ensure that the quality of the job is up to company standards
• Maintain and clean the equipment, as well as keep the work area clean and tidy

King Fabricating is pleased to announce the appointment of Billy Frappier to the position of Technical Sales Representative, effective Monday, September 4, 2017. Billy joined KING in 2007 as a CNC Burning Table Operator in the fabricating shop at our Sudbury location. He excelled as a member of our production team, and in 2012, was promoted to Mechanical Designer. Billy has played a key role in the growth of the King Fabricating division. In his new role, Billy will be responsible for the technical support and sales for King Fabricating division.

King Fabricating is pleased to announce the appointment of Pravin Naik to the position of Mechanical Designer, effective September 4, 2017. Pravin will be responsible for creating, maintaining and revising all production drawings for King Fabricating, working with industry representatives in the development of new and innovative products.

Pravin received his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree at Visvesvaraya Technological University in Belgaum, India, and also studied at Centennial College in Toronto in its Mechanical Engineering Technology program. This education, combined with his experience working at Master Manufacturing Inc. in Mississauga, makes him a valuable new addition to the King Fabricating team.

King Fabricating is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Pelletier to the position of Production Manager, effective Monday, January 2, 2017.  Kevin joined KING in 2007 as a Certified Welder/Fitter in the fabricating shop at the Sudbury location. He excelled as a member of the production team and in 2011, was promoted to Shop Foreman. Kevin has played a key role in the growth of the King Fabricating group. In his new role, Kevin will be responsible for cost estimating, purchasing and production in the Fabrication and Machine Shop.

King Fabricating is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Brouillette to the position of Technical Sales Representative, effective Monday, September 26, 2016. Mike has spent the last 8 years at Fountain Tire where he was responsible for sales, technical support and account management. Previously, he was at Moran Mining & Fabricating for 10 years, where he held a similar sales role. In his new position, Mike will be based out of our Sudbury location and will work closely with our customers to provide sales solutions and technical support.
